AV Classroom Support
Proper AV is critical to the success of a class or event, but it can be overwhelming to learn new technology and troubleshoot on the fly. That's where we come in! Our AV Equipment Services team can support your audiovisual needs, whether you need help running a large-scale event with video streaming capabilities or teaching in a hybrid classroom with new tech. Services Include:
Colleges and schools support AV services for curriculum-based classes, orientations, review sessions, or specialty skills trainings. Any non-curriculum-based event, program, or meeting WILL incur a cost, and a charge code must be provided. ALL AV services must be booked using the EMS Web App at least 72 hours before your event or class. Any changes to reservations and AV needs must be shared with us immediately.

Basic AV services for curriculum-based classes starting between 8am — 6pm, Monday — Friday |
AV services for evening (starting at 6pm) and weekend classes and non-curriculum-based events and programs and/or attendance by an AV technician for the duration of an event |
Access to basic AV equipment for Center City students and university-recognized Center City student organizations between 8am — 6pm, Monday — Friday |
Manual recording of classes or special events, webcasting, web streaming, and video teleconferencing |

To book AV services, contact our team after adding an AV services request to your room booking in Jefferson's Online Room Request System, the EMS Web App. Contact us at av.mms@jefferson.edu or call (215) 503-1290. You can leave a voicemail regarding your AV once you've secured your room via the EMS Web App.

- Presentation computers & laptops
- High-resolution video projectors & large flatscreen displays
- Wired & wireless microphones
- Laser pointer/PPT remote advancers
- Annotation-capable lectern displays
- Panopto lecture capture system (Panopto cannot be used with Zoom)
- Video & teleconferencing (may need to coordinate with Video Production)
