AV Classroom Support
AV Classroom Support
Proper AV is critical to the success of a class or event, but it can be overwhelming to learn new technology and troubleshoot on the fly. That's where we come in! Our AV Equipment Services team can support your audiovisual needs, whether you need help running a large-scale event with video streaming capabilities or teaching in a hybrid classroom with new tech. Our team supports Jefferson's Center City faculty, students, and staff. For East Falls AV support, contact EFHelpDesk@jefferson.edu or call (215) 951-4648.
Colleges and schools support AV services for curriculum-based classes, orientations, review sessions, or specialty skills trainings. Any non-curriculum-based event, program, or meeting WILL incur a cost, and a charge code must be provided. ALL AV services must be booked using the EMS Web App at least 72 hours before your event or class. Any changes to reservations and AV needs must be shared with us immediately.
