About the Creativity Core Curriculum 2026-27 Theme: Creativity and Play:
At the heart of invention lies a willingness to imagine and play. Play invites us to take risks, explore uncertainty, and approach the world with wonder. It can relieve stress, strengthen human connection, and create space for unexpected discovery. This year's theme, "Creativity and Play," considers how play fuels discovery and helps individuals and communities thrive.
