Breastfeeding can be harder than expected, support groups help. This group offers personalized help with concerns like low milk supply, slow newborn weight gain and latch issues. This group also helps moms who are getting the hang of pumping or figuring out how to continue breastfeeding when going back to work. They offer emotional support and camaraderie too! Our lactation support groups meet in-person and/or virtually to help new parents cope with the challenges of breastfeeding. They're led by lactation consultants (IBCLCs) who offer evidence-based information and practical tips.

Bring your little ones, meet other parents, and engage in peer support groups facilitated by a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). A scale will be available for pre- and post-feeds during in person support group sessions.
